The Blue Jays agreed to a two-year, $15 million deal with versatile former Yankee Isiah Kiner-Falefa, a source told MLB.com insider Mark Feinsand on Wednesday. The deal, which has not been confirmed by the club, includes $1 million in potential incentives and is pending a physical, per Feinsand.

Kiner-Falefa, previously strictly an infielder, played extensively in the outfield for New York last season to make room at shortstop for rookie Anthony Volpe. Kiner-Falefa, who won a Gold Glove at third base for the Rangers in 2020, also mixed in at the hot corner for the Yankees in 2023.

Kiner-Falefa slashed .242/.306/.340 with six home runs, 37 RBIs and 14 stolen bases in 115 games for New York in 2023.
