Five men arrested after stolen vehicle, firearm seized in Brampton

Five men face charges after cops allegedly seized a stolen vehicle and a loaded firearm during a traffic stop in Brampton.

Peel Regional Police say investigators were conducting proactive auto theft enforcement in the area of McVean Dr. and Cottrelle Blvd. on Dec. 20 when they allegedly located a stolen vehicle and a search produced a loaded firearm.

Gurgit Dosanjh, 37, of Brampton, and Sunil Masoun, 44, of Toronto, along with Jasvir Gill, 37, Jagpal Singh, 27, and Iqbal Virk, 31, all from Quebec, face 28 combined charges.
