So, it appears that congressional Republicans are not happy with the ruling from Colorado’s Supreme Court that essentially states that, yes, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment does apply to former President Donald Trump.

The court ruled that Trump is disqualified from holding office again because he engaged in insurrection to stay in power after his 2020 election loss. If the ruling stands, Trump will be excluded from Colorado’s 2024 primary ballot.
