Geoff Metcalfe dead: How did Geoff die in Coronation Street?

Alya’s character has become the superwoman of the series as Yasmeen’s granddaughter, and she supported her through her court case.

She was aware of Geoff’s abuse and tried everything she could to get him behind bars. Geoff had attacked Alya in the bistro before pursuing Yasmeen, but Alya eventually caught up with them and she was quick to try and help.

During the nail-biting scene, fans were wondering whether it would be the end of Geoff, as his imminent departure from the series was already known.
