Buffalo’s Josh Allen bumps up to the No. 1 spot overall for the first all season despite a poor game Monday night, unseating Miami’s Tua Tagovailoa, who was on a bye week and has played one fewer game. Our ratings system is cumulative not percentile-based, rewarding players who are consistently productive and avoid injury or benching. Because it is cumulative, players on a bye week take a temporary hit that evens out over the course of a season.
