See ESPN College GameDay story on Vanderbilt football kicker Sarah Fuller making history

ESPN “College GameDay” aired from Conway, South Carolina, on Saturday morning ahead of the Coastal Carolina vs. BYU football game. 

During the broadcast, it included a story on Sarah Fuller making history with the Vanderbilt football team. 

Fuller took the second-half kickoff for Vanderbilt at Missouri on Saturday, Nov. 28. She became the first woman to play for the Vanderbilt football team and for any Power Five football team.

Vanderbilt’s football game against Georgia scheduled for Dec. 5 was postponed due to COVID-19. The Vanderbilt football team’s next game is scheduled for Dec. 12 against the Tennessee Vols in Nashville.

Prior to joining the Vanderbilt football team, Fuller was a goalie for the Vanderbilt women’s soccer team, which won the 2020 Southeastern Conference Women’s Soccer Tournament.
