Snoop Dogg And DMX Give Fans Preview Of Their ‘Battle Of The Dogs’

Ahead of their battle Wednesday night (July 22), both rappers took to social media to tease their fans on what to expect from their matchup. Snoop made a series of throwback posts on Instagram hearkening back to his Doggystyle days, promising fans “U will get snoop doggy dogg tonight.” In a separate post, the West Coast rap icon posted a video of himself tending to a gaggle of pitbulls in his personal dog kennel. 

DMX’s voice is hilariously juxtaposed over one of the dog’s barking, prompting Snopp to blurt out, “Whatcha say?” The Doggather then exits the kennel but not before he reminds everyone “it’s about to be a dogfight” before the clip cuts to a snippet of DMX’s “What’s My Name” music video. In the post’s caption, Snoop teasingly added, “Who u got?”
