Vern Buchanan Is First New Jordan Defector

Rep. Vern Buchanan (R., Fla.) becomes the first new Jordan defector Wednesday. He voted for the Ohio Republican on Tuesday, but on Wednesday voted for fellow Florida Republican Rep. Byron Donalds.

So far none of the Jordan dissenters from Tuesday have changed their votes to support Jordan, including Reps. Don Bacon of Nebraska, Ken Buck of Colorado and Lori Chavez-DeRemer of Oregon.
