Big Brother fans were all saying the same thing during Sunday’s episode after Kerry appeared to be ‘complaining’ about being in a higher tax bracket to her housemates.

The viewing public was excited to have their say and over half a million votes during Friday’s eviction which saw Farida, 50 and Kerry, 40, facing the first public vote.

However, it was Farida that waved goodbye as she left the BB house.

During Sunday’s episode, Olivia, Henry and Kerry discussed the British government with Olivia admitting she finds it ‘hard to keep track’ of who is Prime Minister.

Highlighting his love for former PM Boris Johnson, Henry said: ‘I love Boris. At least he’s funny.’

Kerry added: ‘Yeah, but, I don’t want someone funny running our country. Since I could vote, I’ve voted Conservative, but Boris made me lose faith in their party. I thought to myself, “You’re a fool, you’re gonna stop me from following a party that I’ve believed in.” I believe their manifesto. Rishi is probably, in my opinion, the best of a bad bunch at the moment.’

Talking about the income tax threshold, Zak explained: ‘The average person in the UK makes £20,000 per year. If you’ve got £100k, you’re in the richest in the UK.’

After housemate Jenkin revealed that hr received ‘£250 a month’ when he applied for jobs between benefits, Kerry couldn’t contain her shock.

‘That’s really shocked me what you just said’ she gasped.

‘I really need to stop moaning paying a higher tax bracket, I don’t think it’s fair. I’m really proud of myself because it’s really hard in the NHS, but I begrudge paying the higher tax bracket massively.’

After several viewers branding Kerry’s response as ‘tone-deaf,’ it’s been revealed that the NHS manageris believed to make £58,972 to £68,525 a year.

One person shared on X formerly known as Twitter: ‘Kerry who loves conservatives didn’t like Farida and brags about the high tax bracket, interesting.’

Another fumed: ‘Kerri does not know ANYTHING of the Financial Issue currently going on in the UK, the way how she acted surprised when Zak said 80% of the UK ppl earn 20K a year. Complaining about being in the Higher Tax Bracket when there are people out here struggling.’ [sic]
