Luton Airport fire: Janine Machin reports at the scene

BBC reporter Janine Machin showed the aftermath of the car park fire at Luton Airport and how close it was to the runway.

Flights have been halted after the fire at the multi-storey car park caused the building to suffer a “significant structural collapse”.

About 1,500 vehicles may have been in the car park and subsequently damaged, Bedfordshire Fire Service said.
