Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev took a potshot at the US for not resolving the decades-old Israel-Palestine conflict as Hamas launched a surprise attack on Israel on Saturday.

Medvedev opined that instead of working on conflict resolution in Israel, the US had inferred in Russia by supporting Ukraine, which he claims brought two closely related people against each other.

“The conflict between Israel and Palestine has been going on for decades, with the US the key player in it. But instead of actively working at Palestinian-Israeli settlement, these morons have interfered with us, and are providing the neo-Nazis with full-scale aid, pitting the two closely related peoples against each other.”

Russia has long claimed Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of being a fascist who was pursuing a neo-Nazi agenda by cracking down on those who supported good relations with Moscow.

“What can stop America’s manic obsession to incite conflicts all over the planet? Looks like, nothing short of a civil war on the US territory.”

Palestinian terror group Hamas on Saturday Morning launched an aerial attack on Israel. The militia, which operates from Gaza, claimed to have fired over 5,000 rockets into Israel. Soon afterwards Hamas terrorists, boarded on pickup trucks dashed through the forcer fences into southern Israel.

Israel responded by declaring a state of war and launching the mission ‘Swords of Iron’. The Israeli Air Force launched strikes on Gaza, where the Hamas operates from.

This comes on the 50th anniversary of the 1973 war between Israel and Egypt-Syria. The war is also called the Yom Kippur War, as it started on the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur when Egypt and Syria launched a surprise attack on Israel. The conflict that drew over two weeks saw a comprehensive victory for Israel.
