Lions’ Amon-Ra St. Brown gets beer dumped on him after scoring go-ahead TD

GREEN BAY, Wis. — Amon-Ra St. Brown has apparently made a lot of friends at Lambeau Field.

He wrapped up last year’s finale by waving goodbye to Packers fans after eliminating Green Bay from the playoff race. On Thursday night, he opened the scoring for Detroit by punching a 24-yard touchdown into the end zone in the first quarter, then jumped into a group of Lions fans in the front row — where he was then showered in beer courtesy of a man dressed in Packers gear.

St. Brown surely didn’t expect to be dunked in suds, but it’s the Packers who have come out ice old, getting outgained 194-1 in the first quarter. David Montgomery also has a touchdown run, and Detroit has a 14-3 lead.
