Joseph Robben

I am Joseph Robben from Wichita, KS. I went to Bishop Carroll Catholic High School in Wichita and graduated in 2017. I then attended McPherson College on a football scholarship, studied communications and graduated in 2021.

I am the oldest of seven children with five sisters and one brother. I am very into sports as growing up I played football, basketball, and baseball, even winning a state championship in football. My grandpa, dad, and uncle all played football at KU, so I grew up in a big KU family.

I love being around my family and friends, and I like going to sporting events, concerts, and different events. I love being outdoors whether its hiking or at the lake and enjoy rooting for the Dallas Cowboys, Chicago Cubs, and Oklahoma City Thunder.

Both sides of my family farm so I like to go out and help whenever I can.

I am now happy to be the new Manhattan bureau reporter for WIBW to start off my broadcasting/journalism career!
