Bengals make roster moves, list inactive players vs. Rams in Week 3

Smith was a mid-week addition to the injury report who wound up as doubtful on the final offering, meaning most of the work will go to the likes of Drew Sample.

After missing the first two games of the season due to an injury suffered during the preseason finale, defensive end Joseph Ossai is active.

The Bengals called up quarterback Reid Sinnett and tight end Tanner Hudson from the practice squad as injury insurance for Monday night.
