Fans of the E4 programme were left shocked to learn that she was only 32 years old.

One stunned viewer even suggested that her new husband ‘checked her passport’ to ensure that she was telling the truth.

Peggy was paired up with 30 year old Georges on the show who admitted that he was a fan of the ‘finer things’ in life.

The blonde bombshell, who still lived at home with her parents, insisted she was seeking a connection that could mirror that of her parents.

However, fans could not concentrate on anything other than her age.

Writing online, one said: “I hope he checks her passport. How is she 32 lol.”

Another added: “I’m sorry, but she’s 32?!”

As a third penned in shock: “32!!”

Before a fourth took aim at Peggy for continually mentioning her age, saying: “We get it your 32 stop saying it.”
