5 most likely landing spots for Jonathan Taylor if the Colts trade him

If new Commanders ownership really wants to further win over the fan base, trading for a star player like Taylor might do the trick.

Washington has a really nice receiving core and a promising young running back in Brian Robinson Jr., but Taylor would help get fans back into the stands and give the Commanders more legitimacy as a threat in the NFC.

Fans up in D.C. deserve more to look forward to on Sunday, and signing Taylor to a big deal would be a great way to renew fan interest while the team figures out its future at quarterback. It’d also make winning easier.

Perhaps the team would send running back Antonio Gibson (who rushed for 1,000-plus yards in 2021) to Indianapolis along with a 2024 second-round pick and 2025 third-round pick to get this done.
