Dominik Mysterio makes a bold prediction about WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley.
“Dirty” Dominik Mysterio has been working alongside Ripley for nearly a year, as he joined The Judgment Day at WWE Clash at the Castle 2022. He has been at her side throughout her ascension to the top; Ripley has held the WWE Women’s World Championship (previously known as the SmackDown Women’s Championship) since WrestleMania 39.
In an interview with Alistair McGeorge of Metro, Dominik discussed working with Ripley. He praised her accomplishments up to this point and shared his belief that she could “take over” the men’s titles in two years.
“Even though she’s 26 years old, she has 10-plus years of experience,” Mysterio said. “She’s done so much, accomplished so much, she’s held every title in WWE and she’s only 26. I give her another two years before she takes over all the men’s titles, it’s only a matter for time!’
Dominik also detailed how working with his Judgment Day stablemates has taught him the art of being a heel and getting people not to like him. He specifically highlighted Ripley and the way she has helped him come out of his shell.
“I can’t thank her enough. I think she’s really the one that helped me come out of my turtle shell and just enjoy and have fun with them,” Mysterio said. “Our chemistry’s growing week to week, we’re getting more comfortable with each other. It’s only getting better man.”
That being said, Mysterio made it clear that he has learned a lot from everyone in the group, and he pointed to the wealth of knowledge between Balor and Priest, given their lengthy careers up to this point. He emphasized that they’re all having fun together, and the stable feels like a family.
The Judgment Day remains featured on WWE RAW. Priest and Mysterio will face Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn on the July 17 episode of RAW, and WrestleZone has coverage of the show as it airs every Monday.
