Genshin Impact Teases New Region Fontaine & Its Characters; Honkai: Star Rail 1.2 Reveal Dated

Today Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail developer HoYoverse had some juicy reveals to share with the fans of both popular games. 

We start with Genshin Impact, and we get a really intriguing trailer teasing the upcoming new region Fontaine, which is coming with version 4.0. We also get to see some of its characters, alongside the reveals of their voice actors.

    Moving on to Honkai: Star Rail, we learn that the reveal of version 1.2 will be on July 8. You can already find the livestream ready to go on YouTube. Interestingly, from the thumbnail, we can see that the new playable characters introduced will likely be Kafka and Blade. The title of the update has also been revealed and it’s “Even Immortality Ends.”

    If you’re unfamiliar with Genshin Impact, it’s currently available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, iOS, and Android. 

    A Nintendo Switch version has been announced a long time ago, but HoYoverse has gone under the radar with it and has not said anything since despite confirming multiple times that it hasn’t been canceled.

    Honkai: Star Rail is a turn-based RPG available for PC through a standalone client and the Epic Games Store, as well as on iOS and Android devices. Although the developers have announced that they are working on a PlayStation 5  port, no specific release date has been shared besides “Q4 2023” for now.
