The Dolphins will face Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets on the road on Nov. 24 in the NFL’s first ever Black Friday game, the league announced Wednesday morning.

The Week 12 matchup at MetLife Stadium will take place on Nov. 24, one day after Thanksgiving. Kickoff is scheduled for 3 p.m. and the game will be broadcast on Prime Video. Last October, the NFL announced that, as part of its new media rights deal, Prime Video will exclusively stream a Black Friday game beginning in the 2023 season.

With quarterback Aaron Rodgers being traded to the Jets this offseason, the AFC East is expected to be one of the toughest divisions in the league in 2023. The Buffalo Bills won the division in 2022, while the Dolphins finished second and made the playoffs for the first time since 2016. The New England Patriots and New York Jets missed the postseason, finishing third and fourth, respectively, but New York has been one of the highest-betted teams to win the Super Bowl amid Rodgers’ arrival.

The NFL announced earlier Wednesday that the Dolphins will also travel to Frankfurt, Germany, to play the Kansas City Chiefs on Nov. 5 as part of its five international matchups.
