Girls lacrosse: Davi, Schmerler pace Bernards past Hillsborough for 4th win in 5 games

Kayla Davi had four goals and two assists while Kendall Schmerler tallied four goals and an assist as Bernards outlasted Hillsborough 12-10 in Bernardsville.

Davi has 37 goals so far for Bernards this season while Schmerler leads the team with 41 goals.

Mckenah Schilp scored twice and Shelby Rosen had five saves in goal for Bernards (11-2), which has won four of its last five games.

Gabriella Roosa led Hillsborough (8-7) with four goals while Grace Toth had three.
