Fresh Grill Buffet is offering Guinness brown sugar-glazed pork chops, baked salmon with pickled cucumbers and capers, soda bread and several other options. Lunch is $29.99 for adults and $19.99 for kids. Dinner is $34.99 for adults, $24.99 for kids, and free for kids under two-years-old.
But if that doesn’t tickle your fancy, POM is also serving traditional St. Patrick’s Day dishes for $30 a person. The menu will feature items like chicken colcannon soup, honey mustard-glazed corned beef with bacon-braised cabbage and soda bread pudding.

These delis are always offering one of St. Patrick’s Day’s staple dishes: corned beef. Kimberly Guzman, who works in operations for Manhattan in the Desert, said the deli will probably sell between 600 to 800 individual meals of corned beef and cabbage on the holiday. So if you’ve got a craving for different versions of corned beef dishes, these spots are worth checking out on St. Patrick’s Day and maybe even after.
IW Club Restaurant & Bar

The restaurant and bar is offering special Irish-inspired menu items like corned beef and cabbage, Reuben sandwich and potato leek soup for the holiday.

If you’re looking to enjoy a glass of beer on St. Patrick’s Day, Yard House is a safe bet. Its offerings include green beer, draft pours of Guinness blended with house beers, and Dublin Mules, the latter of which are a mixture of Jameson Irish Whiskey, Guinness Dry Irish Stout, citrus agave and ginger ale.

O’Caine’s Irish Pub
What: Live music and drinks
When: Doors open 10 a.m. on Friday, March 17. The pub typically closes at 1 a.m. on Fridays, but it’s unclear if this was be different for the holiday.
Where: 36-101 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage
The St. Patrick’s Day festivities kick off early at O’Caine’s Irish Pub, which will feature a limited menu and live music throughout the day and evening. Paddy’s Pig will perform from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Craic Haus will perform from 4 p.m. to closing, according to its website.
But be advised — it sounds like things get packed at the pub. Its voicemail on Thursday said it doesn’t accept reservations for the holiday, will have extra seating, and advised people to come when they want and hope for the best.
The Beer Hunter
What: Live music, drinks and food
When: 11 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. Friday, March 17
Where: 78-483 Highway 111, La Quinta
The Beer Hunter is offering alcoholic drinks and special menu items like corned beef hash, Irish nachos and Rueben sandwiches with a side of homemade chips. Crucial Culture will perform on the patio from 8 to 10 p.m. and DJ Contraz will be perform from 9 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., according to the bar’s website.
