The 32-year-old starting goalie for the Canadiens has faced difficulties throughout the season, with a record of 14-20-2, a 3.36 goals-against average, and a .897 save percentage. Tuesday, Allen will face a tough challenge against the Carolina Hurricanes, who have won seven of their last nine games.
