Magnitude 3.8 earthquake strikes near West Seneca, New York

The United States Geological Survey reports a preliminary magnitude 3.8 earthquake struck near West Seneca, New York on Monday.

The quake hit at 11:15 AM local time at a depth of 2 kilometers.
