Video: UFC 282 cold open highlights Paddy Pimblett’s ‘takeover’ in pay-per-view debut

Paddy Pimblett will make his pay-per-view debut on the UFC’s final big show of the year.
On Friday, the UFC released the UFC 282 cold open video, which features a vacant light heavyweight title fight between former champ Jan Blachowicz and Magomed Ankalaev in the main event on Saturday. In the co-headliner, one of the biggest stars on the roster, Pimblett, meets arguably his sternest test to date in Jared Gordon.
The video, with actor and regular UFC voice-over narrator Ron Perlman, features promotion for the headliner between Blachowicz (29-9 MMA, 12-6 UFC) and Ankalaev (18-1 MMA, 9-1 UFC), and the co-main event between Pimblett (19-3 MMA, 3-0 UFC) and Gordon (19-5 MMA, 7-4 UFC).

UFC 282 takes place Saturday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN2 and early prelims on ESPN+.
