The Canadiens will welcome defenceman Mike Matheson to the lineup when they face the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday night at the Bell Centre.

Acquired in the off-season from the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Jeff Petry deal, Matheson has yet to suit up for his hometown team because of an abdominal injury suffered in the preseason.
Jordan Harris will sit in favour of Matheson. The Habs currently have eight healthy defencemen on the roster, with veteran Chris Wideman also a healthy scratch.
