What’s open and closed on Thanksgiving Monday

Here’s a look at what is open and closed in our region on Thanksgiving Monday.

Banks, government offices, libraries and post offices are closed.

Most grocery stores will be closed, along with Beer Stores and LCBOs.

Most malls are also closed, including Lime Ridge, Eastgate Square, Mapleview, Burlington Centre, Oakville Place and the Pen Centre.

The Outlet Collection at Niagara, Toronto Premium Outlets and Toronto Eaton Centre are open.

City buses in Hamilton, Halton, Niagara Falls and St. Catharines are running on a Sunday-holiday schedule.

GO Transit is on a Saturday schedule.

There are no changes to garbage collection in Niagara.

Pickups will be pushed one day later  for the rest of the week for people in Hamilton and Halton.
