Cardinals QB Kyler Murray a game-day decision to play vs. Rams
Game Day #GameDay
The Arizona Cardinals might have to face the Los Angeles Rams this coming Sunday without their starting quarterback. Kyler Murray, who suffered a hamstring injury in last week’s loss to the Seattle Seahawks, is going to be a game-time decision on Sunday, said head coach Kliff Kingsbury after Friday’s practice.
He did not practice Wednesday and was limited Thursday. He was on the field for the open portion of Friday’s practice. When the final injury report comes out, it will likely show that he was limited and that he is questionable to play.
If he is unable to go, it would mean that Colt McCoy would make his first appearance of the season. He started three games last season when Murray was out with a high ankle sprain.
The Cardinals face the Rams at SoFi Stadium Sunday afternoon at 4:25 p.m. ET.
