MORNING WEATHER. WE’VE GOT THIS BIG LAUNCH TOMORROW MORNING. PLEASE TELL US THE GOOD NEWS. THE WEATHER IS JUST PERFECT FOR IT. ERIC: WE HAVE SO MUCH MOISTURE IN THE ATMOSPHERE BUT IT IS SET UP SO THAT THE AFTERNOONS ARE STORMY BUT THE MORNINGS ARE QUIET. THUS FAR, THINGS ARE LOOKING GOOD. THE OFFICIAL FORECAST CALLING FOR A 70% CHANCE OF GOOD WEATHER. THAT SAID, THERE COULD BE SOME SHOWERS OFF THE SHORELINE. THE CONCERN IS CERTAINLY SOME OF THOSE CLOUDS STILL LINGERING AND THE POTENTIAL OF SOME THUNDERSTORMS OFF THE SHORELINE. SOLAR ACTIVITY, NOT A PROBLEM. THE MOST POWERFUL ROCKET EVER CREATED IS GOING UP TOMORROW. FOR NOW, THOUGH, THE TOWER CAMERA IS LOOKING LOVELY OUTSIDE. A LITTLE BIT OF FOG UP AROUND OCALA AND SUMTER. TEMPERATURES IN THE 70’S AND EVEN THIS MORNING THERE ARE SOME OF THOSE SHOWERS AND STORMS OFF THE SHORELINE. THAT IS GOING TO BE THE MAIN CONCERN, WHAT WE ARE WATCHING FOR A VERY CLOSELY. TODAY, LUNCHTIME, STARTING TO SEE THOSE SHOWERS BUBBLING UP. 3:00 P.M., 60% COVERAGE OF STORMS. 4:00 OR 5:00, 80% COVERAGE OF RAIN. TODAY IS NOT GOING TO BE A WASHOUT, BUT WHEN IT GETS GOING, IT REALLY GETS GOING. WATCHING THOSE SHOWERS BEGINNING TO POP UP AROUND NOON. AND LOOK AT THAT. 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDER SHOWERS AROUND TOWN. THAT ALSO MEANS THAT WHILE THE BEGINNING OF THE RACE LOOKS GOOD TODAY, BY LUNCHTIME ON, THAT IS WHEN WE HAVE TO START WATCHING FOR THE RAIN AROUND. TO THE TROPICS, THERE ARE A LOT OF ITEMS TO WATCH HERE. AN AREA IN THE CARIBBEAN, NORTH ATLANTIC, LOW-END CHANCE OF DEVELOPMENT. AT LEAST OVER THE NEXT FIVE DAYS, LOW-END CHANCE OF DEVELOPMENT. HERE IN THE ORANGE, MEDIUM CHANCE OF DEVELOPMENT. WE CAN SEE THAT UNORGANIZED BUBBLE OF MOISTURE. IT IS MOVING TO THE WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 50 MILES PER HOUR. IN A COUPLE OF DAYS, CONDITIONS DO GRADUALLY IMPROVE TOWARD THE NORTHERN CARIBBEAN ISLANDS. BY MIDWEEK, COMPUTER MODELS ARE SAYING WE COULD GET SOME DEVELOPMENT. SHORT-TERM, NOT EXPECTED. HERE ARE THE COMPUTER MODELS, GENERALLY TAKING YOU OVER TOWARD THE TURKS AND CAICOS AND THEN RE-CURVING, BUT THERE IS STILL A LOT TO PLAY INTO THESE MODELS. WE WILL WATCH IT, WE WILL TWEAK THE FORECAST, AND WE WILL KEEP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY UP-TO-DATE. BACK AT HOME, 80% COVERAGE. A STORMY FORECAST FOR SURE TODAY. STAYING ELEVATED FOR MONDAY AND TUESDAY. WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, WE STARTED TO TAPER THOSE CHANGES OFF BACK TO WHERE WE SHOULD BE THIS TIME OF YEAR. FO
