Crystal Palace look to Wilfried Zaha as Eagles hunt for first Premier League win of season against Aston Villa

Zaha #Zaha

WILFRIED ZAHA can soar where Eagles dare and fire Crystal Palace to their first win of the season against Aston Villa today.

Patrick Vieira’s men have just one point from their opening two games.

But because those games were against Arsenal and Liverpool suggests there is no need to panic.

They were undone — disappointingly — by a set-piece and then own goal against Arsenal while it was a credible draw against ten-man Liverpool.

And Zaha’s goal at Anfield, and the impressive start to the season of the returning Eberechi Eze, highlighted how goals should flow at Selhurst Park this season.

The Eagles are 7-5 to win today and worth backing against an Aston Villa team who were very poor in the opening-day defeat to Bournemouth and then gave up plenty of chances in their win over Everton.

Vieira’s Palace are further into their development than Steven Gerrard’s Villa and should grab the points today. Winger Zaha is 9-2 to open the scoring with his pace making him a worthwhile punt.

Also this afternoon, back unbeaten Fulham to get their first win of the year as they host local rivals Brentford at Craven Cottage.

The Cottagers started the year with a 2-2 draw against Liverpool before holding Wolves scoreless last weekend.

The Bees are on a high having fought back from 2-0 down to draw with Leicester before they walloped Manchester United 4-0 last weekend.

But their London rivals will present a different challenge defensively in this derby, and can win out at odds of 6-4.
