Bianca Lawson and Kofi Siriboe’s steamy Ebony photoshoot sparks dating rumors

Stars of the OWN show Queen Sugar, Bianca Lawson and Kofi Siriboe, recently raised the temperature with their steamy Ebony Magazine photoshoot. Now, fans are wondering if the two are dating.

The actors were featured together in Ebony’s August 2022 issue ahead of the release of the show’s final season.

Created by Oscar-winning director Ava DuVernay, Queen Sugar started airing on OWN in 2016. Bianca and Kofi portray on-screen couple Darla Sutton and Ralph Angel Bordelon respectively.

“This month, we celebrate the final season of the trailblazing OWN series, Queen Sugar, with actors Kofi Siriboe and Bianca Lawson,” Ebony Magazine tweeted, introducing the cover for their August issue on Twitter.

In a short clip, we see Bianca and Kofi engage in some steamy PDA that left many fans gasping for breath.

The 24-second clip sees Bianca sizzling in a silky sleepwear lingerie as she sits on Kofi’s lap, caressing him.

Kofi, on the other hand, looks stunning in an all-black outfit.

The on-screen couple is also seen locking lips at one point as the video is set to the tunes of Miller Blue’s song Sunflower.

While many fans took to Twitter and commented on Bianca and Kofi’s undeniable chemistry, others speculated that they might now be dating in real life.

“Are they a real couple?” one fan asked.

“Wait Kofi and Bianca Lawson not dating?? Those pics look like a baby reveal, marriage announcement, something,” another fan noted.

Some fans couldn’t stop talking about how it’s difficult to believe that there’s a 15-year-age difference between the stars, with Bianca being 43 and Kofi 28.

Talking to Ebony, the actors revealed that they get along well offscreen.

Kofi called Bianca “OG,” saying they’ve “spent so much time being vulnerable together and challenging each other.”

Bianca, on the other hand, said Kofi was a huge support to her when they were filming during the pandemic.

“One night this thing happened, and I told him how I was so devastated. I was literally sitting on the floor of my hotel room with smeared makeup on my face from crying, and he sat there with me [and comforted me],” the 43-year-old said.

“I think our real friendship gets into the characters somehow. I can tell him anything, and I think he feels the same way.”
