It has been four weeks since a man was shot to death after confronting squeegee workers with a baseball bat. Now, charging documents are out in the case.
According to the charging document obtained by the 11 News I-team, the surveillance video detailed what the now 15-year-old suspect was wearing.
It says he had on a pink T-shirt, dark pants, gray tennis shoes and a black mask. It goes on to say another video shows the suspect taking off his shirt and running away after the shooting.
The Baltimore Police Department also said multiple witnesses helped investigators identify the person who killed Timothy Reynolds.
The teen’s lawyer, Warren Brown, is asking this case be transferred to juvenile court.
