Not one, but two new Just Dance games are in development. Ubisoft today announced Just Dance 2015 and Just Dance Now at its E3 press conference in Los Angeles. In addition, the publisher confirmed that total Just Dance franchise sales have now reached more than 50 million units, the same figure that Halo series reached following 2012’s Halo 4.

Just Dance 2015 is coming to Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii, and Wii U. Just Dance brand manager Jason Altman said during a roundtable interview attended by GameSpot that he can’t think of another game–from any publisher–to be released across six platforms in 2014.

The other new Just Dance game is Just Dance Now, a free mobile game with a twist. After syncing up with a special Just Dance website, you’ll use your smartphone to bust a move. Your iPhone or Android phone’s built-in accelerometer will measure and calculate your movement just like a Wii Remote.

Since all you need is a smartphone, it might be possible one day for an entire stadium to dance together, Altman imagines. He said that Ubisoft has even simulated 20,000 people using the app at once, though he pointed out that no live tests at that volume have been conducted.

Altman also stressed that Ubisoft will push Just Dance Now in emerging markets like Brazil and India.
