Kemi Badenoch: I want to be honest about our economic challenge

Kemi Badenoch has said she wants to be honest about the scale of the economic challenge ahead – saying that beyond inflation the UK has had a “poor decade for living standards”.

The former equalities minister also said she would be a Prime Minister that told the truth, as the “truth will set us free”.
