Micah Richards Micah Richards is a regular on Sky Sports and the BBC

Cheeky Micah Richards has very quickly become one of the top pundits in the country.

The Sky Sports and BBC regular certainly likes to have a laugh and a joke – a trait that makes him one of the most entertaining pundits around.

Richards’ sense of humour was on show during Liverpool’s Champions League semi-final against Villarreal, where he ripped into Thierry Henry over his choice of outfit for the occasion.

He also couldn’t hold back his laughter after Peter Schmeichel bizarrely insisted that Manchester United could win the Champions League last season.

The former Manchester City and Aston Villa defender certainly offers something unique with his playful banter, but is it enough for him to be crowned the winner of the World Cup of Pundits?

Jamie Redknapp is part of the furniture at Sky Sports – and it’s not hard to see why.

He is, quite simply, a very solid pundit who – most of the time – talks an awful lot of sense.

Redknapp said he “didn’t like” Kepa Arrizabalaga’s antics in goal during Chelsea’s penalty shoot-out defeat to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup final.

He also blasted former Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho, saying he “slags his own team off, takes loads of money and goes home. That is special. That’s why he’s the Special One.”

And Redknapp hailed Pep Guardiola for making one of the best substitutions in Premier League history after Ilkay Gundogan rescued Manchester City in a 3-2 comeback win over Aston Villa that sealed the Premier League title.

Steve McManaman takes on fellow Liverpool Spice Boy Jamie Redknapp – and just like his old teammate, he’s also become a cracking pundit.

The former Real Madrid winger had a glittering career in which he won just about everything – and now shares that wealth of experience with some top-class punditry.

A BT Sport regular, McManaman offered his support to Jack Grealish last season after his indifferent start to life at Manchester City.

He also rather boldly called for former Liverpool forward Sadio Mane to win the Ballon d’Or this year – ahead of Real Madrid star Karim Benzema.

Sky Sports and BBC pundit Dion Dublin is one of the top voices in the game.

Another pundit who’s not averse to having a bit of a laugh, Dublin also knows his stuff.

Shortly after his return to Manchester United, Dublin pointed out that Cristiano Ronaldo was “playing where he wants” and spotted him in “four positions”.

More recently, he admitted to having a “real bad habit” of always calling England manager Gareth Southgate “skipper”.

Can he come out on top in The World Cup of Pundits’ Group G?
