HIGHLIGHTS
BTS’ J-hope has dropped the pre-release track for his upcoming album, Jack In The Box. The pre-release track titled MORE is a reflection of J-hope’s vision as an individual artist, to grow, experiment, and never get boxed. MORE brings back the old-school hip-hop vibe. Hobi, with his rap style and rhythmic flow, add a different touch to MORE.
ABOUT THE PRE-RELEASE TRACK, MORE
MORE tells the honest story that “J-hope feels from inside the box.” It expresses his bold ambition and pure passion for music and art. The track exudes different sides to J-hope, mostly his raw passion to do more, say more, and express more. “Cause I want some more/Hah, shout out/I say more,” J-hope shouts in the chorus. The music video starts with J-hope receiving a box which then triggers his alter-ego. His sound changes. He unleashes a reckless side to him as he says ‘Yeah, I am thirsty.” The first line in itself implies J-hope’s desire to do more. The sound is expressed by strong images and unique storytelling in the music video.
The pre-release track will be followed by the album release on July 15, 2022.
