Report: Lakers to sign Lonnie Walker IV to 1-year deal

Lonnie Walker IV is headed to L.A.
The Los Angeles Lakers have agreed to a one-year contract with free-agent guard Lonnie Walker IV, according to The Athletic’s Shams Charania. The deal is worth $6.5 million.
Free agent Troy Brown Jr. has also agreed to a minimum deal with the Lakers, per Charania.
Walker, 23, spent the first four years of his career in San Antonio where he averaged 9.4 points and 2.4 rebounds.
Brown is also entering his fifth NBA season, playing sparingly for the Washington Wizards and the Chicago Bulls. He averaged 4.3 points and 3.1 rebounds last season for Chicago.
