Big Brother 2022: Tim and Gabbie’s ‘frustrating’ move leads to shock admission from Jaycee

In Monday night’s episode of Big Brother, Tim went from strength to strength, securing himself as “head of house” and then winning the nominations challenge.

As the challenge winner he, along with Gabbie, had the power to select three nominees for eviction – choosing to break up the close bond between Johnson, Jaycee and Aleisha.

The three “newbie” housemates are the only ones left who walked into the house together and they’ve had a close bond ever since.

Aleisha was surprised no-one had made the move sooner.

“It actually hurts my heart that one of us is going tonight,” she told Big Brother.

Audiences saw the emotional final moments the three spent together as the eviction loomed.

“I just wanted to say it’s been a hell of a ride,” Jaycee told an emotional Johnson.

“Oh don’t make me cry man,” Johnson responded.

As eviction time came, it appeared to be one of the more difficult ceremonies seen in the Big Brother house.

Aleisha explained how tough her decision to vote was, explaining that she “holds them both equal. Not one of them is greater than the other.”

“I don’t know,” she continued. “I’m going to talk it out with Big Brother in the diary room and hope I make the right decision”.

Jaycee told host Sonia Kruger that “this probably is going to be the hardest eviction in the game.

“I’m kind of in the middle with this one.”

Referring to his two friends, Jaycee said they are both “so amazing and I love them so damn much”.

“Do I even want to stay here?

“I’m being honest here, I don’t want to see Johnson go home and I don’t want to see Aleisha go home because I want Aleisha to win.”

“Maybe I should just tell you guys that I don’t want to be here anymore.”

From the couch, Gabbie told Jaycee, “Don’t do that!” as the other housemates shook their heads.

Jaycee continued, “This is Johnson’s dream, this is Aleisha’s dream, this is her family.”

Responding, Johnson told his friend Jaycee that he needed “to fight”.

‘It’s time to go…’

“Don’t give up that easily, that’s not what this is about… I want you to fight, I want you to push because this shows who you are as a man,” Johnson told his friend.

As voting came, it became clear that the votes were going to go on either Jaycee or Johnson – with Aleisha getting none of the votes.

When making her vote, a teary Aleisha said that she was considering “who can get me further in this game”.

After everyone had voted, Sonia delivered the verdict.

“It’s time to go… Jaycee.”

“I love you Jaycee, you’re the best man, sorry, ” Aleisha said as the evicted housemate grabbed his suitcase.

Jaycee has since said that the “frustrating” move from Tim and Gabbie was unsurprising.

“There were talks about it being me, Johnson, and Aleisha as we were the only three people that came in together,” Jaycee told 7Entertainment.

He said he would have never put Johnson or Aleisha up for eviction and that they all had a “strong bond and relationship”.

Jaycee called the final hours ahead of the eviction “pretty emotional”.

“I must admit, I was very teary and we knew what we had to do. I knew I had 50 days in the house, I kind of came to grips with that.”

Jaycee said that out of his two friends, he wants to see “superfan Johnson at the end” because he knew Johnson “was going to really work for it”.
