Drake dropped his seventh studio album this week without any pre-warning.

The unexpected album is called Honestly, Nevermind, which was released at midnight on Thursday night and features 14 new tracks.

The Canadian rapper announced the release on Instagram, sending fans into a frenzy as he shared a photo of the artwork with his 113 million followers.

“7th studio album “HONESTLY, NEVERMIND” out at midnight,” he wrote before posting a second image of the tracklist an hour later.

Fans went wild after Drake’s announcement, but it appears as though it hasn’t lived up to everyone’s expectations and Honestly, Nevermind has had some bad reviews.

However, everyone is obsessed with the last song, Jimmy Cooks…

See more Jimmy Cooks is the last song on the album

The 14th song on the album, Jimmy Cooks, is a collaboration with 21 Savage and fans are totally in love with it.

Honestly, Nevermind comes under the dance genre and all the other tracks follow this theme – but Jimmy Cooks has a different vibe.

The 21 Savage collab is a classic hip-hop/rap Drake tune with similar vibes to his previous albums, and many think it’s the best song on the album.

This isn’t the first time the Canadian and Atlanta rapper have teamed up. In fact, they’ve collaborated four times in their career, and each one has been a huge success.

Savage appeared on a track called Knife Talk on Drake’s last album Certified Lover Boy and his 2016 single Sneakin’, which was the first time they collaborated.

As well as that, Drake featured on Savage’s song Mr Right Now, which was on his collaborative album Savage Mode II with record producer Metro Boomin.

21 Savage calls Drake the ‘GOAT’

On Thursday (June 16th), Savage took to Instagram to announce Drake’s new album, and he had some kind words to say.

The 29-year-old shared a photo of the Honestly, Nevermind artwork and wrote in the caption: “The Boy Don’t Stop.”

Then, he added a goat emoji, calling the rapper the ‘GOAT’ which means ‘greatest of all time’ – what a compliment!

21 Savage told Rap Radar that he “don’t look for friendships with a lot of rappers,” but he has been great friends with Drake since around 2015.

He said that things are different with Drake “because of his level of success,” saying: “He ain’t gotta do no song with me. He ain’t gotta do nothing that he did. That’s deeper than rap.”

See more Fans think their collab is the best track

Over on Twitter, fans are saying that Jimmy Cooks is the best song on the album.

Just skip straight to the 21 Savage song.

He needs to drop a whole album with that vibe.

Fans love him as a rapper, not a singer.

People are really hating on the rest of the album.

Some fans are convinced that the placement of Jimmy Cooks at the end of the album is Drake’s way of hinting there is more music to come.

People think that he will drop a part two of the album later this year as the song has a different vibe to the rest of the album.

The different tone could be a hint that another album is coming which has the same sound as the 21 Savage track, but we’ll have to wait and see if that’s true.
