NEW YORK — Jose Trevino homered and drove in three runs, including the game-winning hit, as the Yankees snapped their three-game skid with a 7-6, 11-inning victory over the Orioles on Tuesday evening at Yankee Stadium — their fifth walk-off of the season.

Trevino’s hit down the left-field line concluded a contest that saw the Yankees slug four solo home runs — two by Gleyber Torres, who enjoyed the seventh multihomer game of his career against Baltimore. Anthony Rizzo and Trevino also hit solo shots, all off O’s starter Bruce Zimmermann.

Jordan Montgomery started for New York and navigated six-plus innings of two-run ball, chased by Austin Hays’ solo shot in the seventh.

Michael King wobbled in relief, permitting a three-run Rougned Odor homer that gave the Orioles a two-run lead, but the Yanks answered in the home half of the seventh, as Torres homered and Trevino stroked a game-tying single.

With automatic runners on base, Baltimore took a lead in the top of the 11th on Hays’ RBI groundout. Isiah Kiner-Falefa responded with a run-scoring hit in the home half before Trevino’s game-winning knock.
