Karrion Kross’s second week on Raw goes much better than the first

When NXT Champion Karrion Kross showed up on Monday Night Raw last week, there was at least some cause for excitement. He had the belt with him, and it appeared this would represent a main roster call up. His first opponent would be Jeff Hardy after a long undefeated run through the yellow brand.

He lost.

He was back again this week, and he fared much better this time out.

Kross was again without Scarlett, for whatever that’s worth, but he was able to work a solid enough match with Keith Lee, who himself returned from a long absence last week just to lose to Bobby Lashley.

This one ended in Karrion using the Kross Jacket to submit Lee clean in the middle of the ring.

There were reportedly plans in place for Kross to continue what they started with Hardy last week but Hardy testing positive for COVID-19 got in the way of that. We’ll see if they decide to go back to it in a few weeks.

For Lee, unfortunately, he’s 0-2 since his return.
