She is the stunning and statuesque Canadian-Australian model and author who is known for her incredible Rockabilly style.

And Tara Moss certainly turned heads when she went for a swim at lake in British Columbia with her husband Berndt Sellheim on Tuesday.

The 48-year-old stunned in an animal print bikini as she lapped up the warm Canadian sunshine.

Tara’s fifties-style suit showed off a hint of cleavage and she gave a nod to her second home, Australia, by shielding her flawless skin with an Akubra hat.

For the outdoor outing, the mother-of-one wore her signature swipe of red lipstick and a pair of Ray-Ban shades.

The documentary maker and journalist said she felt blessed to be lapping up the sun.

‘Haven’t been doing much of this ‘going outdoors’ business lately, and good goddess do I feel lucky today. Sending sunny blessings to you and yours from BC,’ she wrote alongside Instagram pictures of her relaxing day out.

Tara has been relying on a walking stick for the past few years following a hip injury.

She runs an Instagram account devoted to normalising walking stick use, and calls hers ‘Wolfie’.

Appearing on Seven’s The Morning Show back in 2019, she shared her mission to normalise walking sticks.

‘Visibility matters, so it’s important to start being more open about it,’ she said. ‘I was hoping that I wouldn’t need it, but now I embrace it.’

‘The walking stick helps me to be more active, enjoy my life more fully and with less pain, and that’s true for a lot of other people,’ Tara added.

‘So I want to be out there and representing, as they say.’

‘Once it’s a reality in your life, you have to either embrace it or hide it, and I don’t want to hide it.’

Tara, who is based in Vancouver with her husband Berndt Sellheim and daughter Sapphira.
