The Sports Illustrated model gushed over boyfriend Rob Gronkowski and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ big win at the 2021 ESPY Awards Sunday night, where they took home the Best Team prize.
“Looking at the man who I watched receive an ESPY for a ‘historic career’ in 2019 after retirement with the @patriots and then accepted an ESPY for ‘best team’ as a Super Bowl Champion in 2021 with the @buccaneers,” Kostek captioned a photo of her and Gronk from the ESPYs red carpet.
“You continue to amaze me, let’s keep leveling UP baby!!”
Gronkowski, 32, accepted the award on behalf of his team, as quarterback Tom Brady was not in attendance.
“We’re the champs, baby!” Gronkowski cheered while accepting the award, commending the team’s ability to come together under the helm of Coach Bruce Arians.
“… Coach B.A. kept saying all year, ‘If we play together, if we keep sticking together, no one’s gonna beat us.’ And when we were down, we all stuck together, we bounced back, and he was right. … We kept whooping that—you know!”

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs to win Super Bowl LV.
Following the game, 29-year-old Kostek shared a kiss with Gronkowski on the field at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.
“Tastes like a champion,” Kostek gushed at the time. “ILY @gronk.”
The couple have been dating since 2015.
“Rob and I have been seeing each other,” Kostek told the Boston Globe in April 2015. “We’re both super busy right now. Obviously he does a lot and I do a lot.”
