Atlanta Hawks superstar point guard Trae Young has officially been listed as questionable heading into tonight’s crucial Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Milwaukee Bucks. The Bucks currently lead the series 2-1.
With Young not being 100 percent, is there a chance we see more of Cam Reddish (who has only been on the court once since February).
Mike Conti of the Atlanta Hawks Radio Network joined the Midday Show and said from all the information he’s gathered from head coach Nate McMillan, don’t count on seeing Reddish tonight.
“I just don’t think they feel comfortable right now with Cam Reddish who has not played basketball in four months aside from 17 minutes in Game 2. I just don’t feel like they feel it’s fair to ask Cam Reddish to do that in a high-pressure situation right now,” Conti told Andy and Randy.
So if not Reddish, who has the best chance to get back into the rotation tonight who hasn’t been in it in awhile?
“It might be Kris Dunn,” Conti continued. “If Trae’s going to be limited in anyway, if Lou Williams has to play heavy minutes and, God-forbid, either one of them were to get into foul trouble…Kris Dunn might be one of those out-of-rotation players that could get into the mix tonight. But I don’t think it would be Cam Reddish unless they are low-pressure minutes for him.”
