A bombshell document which lays out the shocking and extremely graphic rape allegations against former attorney-general Christian Porter has been made public for the first time.

The 31-page dossier which includes contemporaneous diary notes and a detailed police report was released by the Federal Court late on Thursday, on the one-year anniversary of the accuser’s death.

The woman, known only as Katharine, made a statement to South Australian Police in February, 2020, just four months before she ended her own life aged 50.

Christian Porter has strenuously denied all the allegations, and Daily Mail Australia is not suggesting the dossier is evidence of any wrongdoing.

In the statement she alleged that Mr Porter raped her three times after a boozy night out when they were both teenagers in Sydney.

The two had danced at the Hard Rock Cafe in Kings Cross on January 10, 1988, after a formal dinner to celebrate the World Universities’ Debating Championships – in which they both represented Australia, she wrote.

Katharine, who was a virgin at the time, claimed that when they both returned to her room at the University of Sydney Women’s College, the evening took a horrific turn, according to a dossier in court.

The first incident of sexual assault allegedly came after Mr Porter, aged 17, allegedly propositioned Katharine, 16, by asking her if she wanted ‘a pearl necklace,’ referring to a sex act.

‘He then forced me to perform oral sex,’ the statement claims.

She was ‘extremely drunk’ and described it as a ‘harrowing ordeal’ which left her ‘extremely frightened’.

The incident made her vomit and she claimed Mr Porter took her to have a shower, before the two went to bed.

Katharine claims she awoke to Mr Porter anally raping her while she was lying face-down, court documents revealed.

‘My arms were flat on the bed, he had his hands on my forearms,’ she wrote.

‘I remember this vividly…. it was violent and shocking.’

Shortly afterwards she claimed that Mr Porter anally raped her again but Katharine wrote that she was ‘too ashamed’ to tell anyone about it the following day.

Mr Porter, who was moved to the role of Minister for Industry, Science and Technology in light of the allegations, has vehemently denied any wrongdoing and said the alleged incident never happened.

‘I did not sleep with the victim. We didn’t have anything of that nature happen between us … I can say to you all, it didn’t happen,’ he said at an emotional press conference when the allegations were revealed.

The 50-year-old filed a lawsuit against the ABC for defamation after they reported on the existence of the dossier which had been sent to various media organisations as well as Prime Minister Scott Morrion, Labor Senator Penny Wong and Greens Senator Sarah Hanson-Young.

Mr Porter later dropped his legal challenge against the public broadcaster and journalist Louise Milligan at the end of May after a settlement was reached.

South Australian Police have no power to act on an alleged crime in another state and the NSW Police concluded there was ‘insufficient admissible evidence to proceed’.

‘Katharine was an outstanding young woman – Captain of the Australian Schools Debating Team, School Captain, Prefect, academically gifted and unanimously viewed as a future leader,’ her friend who sent the dossier said.
