He told The Sun: “We’re going to spend a bit of time together.

“We do like each other, but we’re not getting engaged, let’s put it that way.”

Explaining their relationship, Wayne added: “Chloe and I are good friends. We’ve got an arrangement, but what she does, she’s good to do that, and what I do, I’m good to do that.

“But we still see each other, and we’ll see what happens in the future. She’s a good girl Chlo. I love her to bits.”

While looking for love on Celebs Go Dating last year, Wayne admitted he had never dated a woman older than 30.

He grew close to Chloe, 25, while filming inside Celebs Go Dating mansion – and shocked fans in February by suggesting they’d got engaged.

Chloe posed with a diamond ring from inside the mansion as they cuddled up together in a sweet snap.

The 59-year-old baffled fans by posting the pic with the caption: “She said YES! Love you @chloegshore1.”

But Wayne insists his ideal girlfriend would be around 40 years old.

“Finding women that age is very difficult,” he claimed.

“I don’t spend any time with 45, 50 or 60 year old women. I never see them.

“My business is in nightclubs and the industry it is. They’re not on Instagram, and I end up chatting to 30 and 40 year olds. It’s not illegal.”

But his comments’ sparked backlash online – with trolls hurling insults at the reality star.

He was forced to hit back when he was called a “nonce” following the fake engagement.

“I’m really thick skinned but it affected my family,” admitted Wayne.

“It’s not nice for my 22-year-old daughter to read that everyone is calling me a nonce, which is a sexual predator, child molesting person.

“It’s not a nice word to throw around. It’s an awful, awful word. I know people get called it all the time, but it’s not a nice word to be called.

“But it wasn’t Celebs Go Dating that started the abuse.

“The reason I went on is to show the public I wasn’t this person some people thought I was. I would always go back on there because I had such a great experience.

“It did me more good than bad regarding the abuse, because people saw what I was like as a person.”

No excuse for abuse podcast

This week Wayne launched his new MindKite podcast to encourage better mental health, mindset and offer an alternative to social media sites.

Unconscious Mind Therapist and Celebrity Life Coach, Robert Hisee said: “I feel blessed to be part of the MindKite family. The best way for me to describe the app is that it’s a toolkit of infinite possibilities. We have given our heart, soul and every bit of knowledge to create something to change the world.”

Jamie Kerr, founder of MindKite, said: “The last year has seen a huge spike in mental health difficulties. People have been at home on their phones and computers because it’s the only way to safely connect with others, and their mood and thoughts have taken a nosedive.

“Mental wellbeing is crucial, and what you view on your phone can be a massive trigger for your mood, which is why we created MindKite. Other social media platforms do not monitor the effects of their apps on mental health, but MindKite does. The numbers that trigger anxiety such as likes, friends and followers don’t exist. MindKite is a positive social environment, and we hope end users will agree!”

“We run eight podcasts which will all be going out over the next couple of months,” said Wayne.

“Four of them are out now. Trolls are abusing people’s babies like Jake Quickenden.

“The episode with Jake was really upsetting to see what he went through. He’s such a lovely guy.”
