Andy Burnham praises devolution after re-election in Greater Manchester – video

Andy Burnham has thanked the people of Greater Manchester for re-electing him as mayor with 67% of vote and praised devolution in the north of England.

Burnham made a swipe at Boris Johnson, speaking up about ‘levelling up’ for the citizens of Greater Manchester and said Westminster should expect its citizens would use a stronger voice if they were given the chance
