Yoon Ji Sung Shares How Wanna One Members Gave Him Strength For His Recent Comeback

In a recent interview and pictorial for @star1 magazine, Yoon Ji Sung dished on his latest release and expressed his gratitude to his fellow Wanna One members for cheering him on!

After being discharged from the military in December of last year, Yoon Ji Sung recently made his long-awaited return with his second mini album “Temperature of Love,” featuring the title track “LOVE SONG.”

Describing his new mini album, the singer remarked, “It’s an album that allows me to show off the charms of both warm Ji Sung and cool Ji Sung.”

Yoon Ji Sung went on to share that his former Wanna One bandmates had given him strength and confidence as he prepared for his comeback.

“I was really grateful to the [Wanna One] members,” he explained, “because rather than evaluating or critiquing this or that, they cheered me on first. They told me, ‘You should make all the music that you want to make.’”

He added, “The members’ sincere support was my biggest source of strength.”

Yoon Ji Sung also expressed his gratitude to his fans for waiting for him to return from the military.

“I was discharged in the winter, and it’s already spring,” he commented. “I’m grateful to the fans who didn’t forget about Yoon Ji Sung and waited for me, even during my military service. Now it’s my turn to repay them.”

Finally, Yoon Ji Sung confessed to being a bit nervous about his upcoming acting debut.

“I’ve been cast in a drama called ‘I Will Become Your Night,’ which is scheduled to air in the second half of the year,” said the idol. “Because it’s my first time taking on the challenge of acting in a drama, I’m really worried. But please look forward to my first acting performance.”
