Zac Efron trends as fans wonder if he got plastic surgery on his face

Zac Efron has fans doing an about face following his appearance on an Earth Day special. 

The “High School Musical” star appeared on Bill Nye’s “Earth Day Musical” special with Facebook Watch on April 22, but a lot of fans missed his message, as they focused instead on his face. 

Did he get plastic surgery? Did he get face fillers? Those were the types of questions trending on Twitter.

“I refuse to believe this is Zac Efron’s face now,” one person wrote.

“There’s a pic of Zac Efron with terrible botox and jaw fillers circulating on Twitter,” another person penned. 

Yet another tweeted, “Whoever made zac efron feel like he needed to change his face, i hate you.”

The comments come just days after reports claimed the actor split with Vanessa Valladares, his girlfriend of 10 months.

The couple had a whirlwind romance during their time together, having reportedly met while she was working as a waitress in Byron Bay, Australia, where Zac has been living for over a year. Soon, Zac and Vanessa, an aspiring model, were inseparable, and she even quit her job to spend more time with him, reports Down Under said.
