If you have heard of Vine and Instagram star Adam Perkins, you may have heard of his twin brother Patrick. His presence has remained something of a mystery until Adam confirmed it in late 2020. Patrick made several appearances in Adam’s viral Vines, leaving many of his followers confused.
Since the reveal, Patrick has gone on to become something of a celebrity himself. Despite just a handful of posts on Instagram, he has amassed 40.9K followers. He did have his own Vine channel, with over 400,000 followers, but many didn’t make the connection between him and Adam until Vine was dead and buried. Patrick put out a post on Instagram announcing his brother’s death. The heartfelt post not only acknowledges Adam’s legacy but also promised to “fulfil his music destiny”. Here’s what we know about Patrick and how he turned into an Instagram influencer in a short time.

Patrick, who goes by the username ‘Lil Blizzard’ on multiple social channels, is a musician. His YouTube channel has three videos of him experimenting with different beats. He has also released a 10-track digital album called ‘Ata Vism’. Music is also a key part of his Instagram and TikTok accounts, where you can find videos of him playing with his SP-404SX wave sampler. According to Famous Birthdays, Patrick “began creating content for Vine as early as April of 2013”.
Patrick was born on March 17, 1995, in Boston. The twins’ viral fame led them to attend Vidcon in 2015. Reportedly, they also became models in 2016. One blog claimed that the duo signed with Red. He is listed in Red’s 2016 Spring/Summer portraits, in a 2016 edition of At Large Magazine and the Fall/Winter collection of Twin Mischief, according to Models.
Patrick rose to fame in late 2020 after Adam cleared up a myth about a 2015 Vine. Fans were left confused after a similar-looking person appeared in Adam’s famous ‘Welcome to Chilli’s’ Vine. Adam clarified that the person was his twin brother Patrick. Idol Celebs estimates Patrick’s net worth to be between $1.5 and $5.5M, but did not offer any proof for how they arrived at that.
We don’t know much else about Patrick. Following his brother’s death, he posted on Instagram, “My brother, Adam Perkins, passed away this previous Sunday, 4-11-21i can’t even really put into words what this loss means for me. i’m often asked the question, “what’s it like to be a twin?” and my response is usually, “what’s it like to NOT be a twin?” being a twin is a very central part of my identity. it’s all i’ve known. and i’m struggling to find the words to explain what it will be like for me to live in this world without him. my best friend.”
Here are some more pics we found of Patrick, mostly from his Instagram page.
