3 observations: Joel Embiid, Tobias Harris lead Sixers past Lakers

The Philadelphia 76ers returned home after a bad loss to the Detroit Pistons on Monday to take on LeBron James and the defending champion Los Angeles Lakers. The Sixers wanted to put on a much better showing than they did on Monday and with the return of Joel Embiid, they did so.
Embiid returned triumphantly and led Philadelphia with 28 points and six rebounds and Ben Simmons had 17 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists before Tobias Harris drilled a clutch bucket to lead the Sixers past the Lakers 107-106. It was a statement win for the Sixers to let everybody know that they’re here and they’re going to be a tough team to beat.
Harris added 24 points and ??? rebounds and Danny Green had 14 points in support. With that said, here are the three observations:
